The method
Rotational training has roots in traditional warrior systems. This program brings those circular, asymmetrical, and rhythmic patterns into the Mind Body Flow practice.
01Movement + mobility
Controlled circular patterns that build shoulder mobility, scapular control, grip endurance, rhythm, and cross-body coordination.
02Load + leverage
Asymmetrical loading that asks the body to manage grip, momentum, balance, stability, and rotational force under control.
03Rhythm + athleticism
Continuous movement that develops footwork, timing, spinal rotation, spatial awareness, and multidirectional capacity.
The pathway
The program is designed as a clear progression: build the base, add complexity, then bring all three tools together.
Movement patterns, mobility, coordination, and mindset. A clear entry point for members who want to move better and build confidence with the tools.
Complex patterns, stronger rotational control, and greater movement variability for members ready to progress their practice.
A regular practice blending all three tools. Available to participants who complete both Foundation and Advanced courses.
The member challenge
A repeatable challenge inspired by the ROAR Games. Build endurance, functional strength, rotational control, pacing, and mental resilience.
Charges per session: INR 800 per head

Performance format
Scalable. Measurable. Repeatable.
